Advanced Concrete Technologies for Demanding Construction Applications
At BHARATHI INFRATECH, we provide specially engineered concrete solutions designed to meet the performance, durability, weight, workability and construction requirements of modern infrastructure.
Our Special Concrete range includes Self-Compacting Concrete, Lightweight Concrete and Fibre Reinforced Concrete, produced through controlled mix design, quality-tested raw materials and application-specific performance requirements.
Whether the requirement is highly congested reinforcement, reduced structural dead load, improved thermal insulation, crack control, impact resistance or enhanced durability, our technical team can develop a concrete solution according to project requirements.
High Flowability. Excellent Passing Ability. Vibration-Free Compaction.
BHARATHI INFRATECH SCC is a highly flowable concrete designed to flow and compact under its own weight without the requirement for conventional mechanical vibration.
SCC is particularly suitable for structures containing dense reinforcement, complex formwork, narrow sections and difficult-to-access locations. Its high flowability and controlled viscosity enable the concrete to fill the formwork effectively while maintaining resistance to segregation and bleeding.
SCC can reduce the need for site vibration, improve surface finish and make concreting easier in heavily reinforced members.
2. LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE
Reduce Dead Load. Improve Insulation. Enhance Construction Efficiency.
BHARATHI INFRATECH Lightweight Concrete is specially designed to achieve lower density than conventional concrete while providing the required performance for the intended application.
Lightweight concrete can help reduce the dead load of construction elements and can provide useful thermal and acoustic insulation characteristics, depending on the mix and density selected.
A. EPS BEAD LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Bead Concrete
EPS beads are incorporated into a cementitious matrix to produce a lightweight concrete system with significantly reduced density.
B. FOAM LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE
Cellular Concrete for Lightweight Filling & Insulation Applications
BHARATHI INFRATECH Foam Concrete is produced by incorporating a controlled volume of stable foam into a cementitious matrix, creating a cellular structure with numerous small air voids.
The resulting material can provide low density, flowability, self-leveling characteristics and thermal/sound insulation, depending on the designed density and composition.
BHARATHI INFRATECH Fibre Reinforced Concrete (FRC) is produced by incorporating discrete fibres into concrete to improve selected performance characteristics such as crack control, toughness, post-cracking behaviour and impact resistance.
Synthetic fibres are dispersed throughout the concrete matrix to provide distributed reinforcement and help control cracking.
Depending on the fibre type and dosage, synthetic fibres can be used primarily for plastic shrinkage and crack control, or, with suitable macro-synthetic fibres, for enhanced post-cracking performance in selected applications.
B. STEEL FIBRE CONCRETE
High Toughness. Crack Control. Impact Resistance.
BHARATHI INFRATECH Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) incorporates specially selected steel fibres into the concrete matrix to improve toughness, crack control, flexural performance and energy absorption.
Steel fibres can be used in flooring, tunnelling, shotcrete, precast and selected structural applications, either as the primary fibre reinforcement system or together with conventional reinforcement where appropriate.
